Stephanie Abbott helps CEOs and executive teams turn strategy into results by building the organizational, leadership and people capability their plans depend on.

A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Stephanie has spent more than 20 years leading HR at Canadian and multinational organizations, including Lockheed Martin Canada and Amazon. She now brings that experience to organizations that need senior HR leadership without a full-time hire, or that need support quickly.

She partners with CEOs, founders, CAOs, executive directors and leadership teams who are scaling, integrating an acquisition, restructuring, building HR for the first time or strengthening their HR function.

• Head of Human Resources, Lockheed Martin Canada: Senior Leadership Team member leading HR business partners, succession, workforce planning and the HR workstream of a multi-phase national reorganization
• HR Director, MED-ENG (Canada, U.S. and U.K.): redesigned performance management and talent strategy, and built the business case for an in-house recruitment model
• HR Site Lead, Amazon Canada: led a 12-member HR team in a high-volume fulfilment environment
• Human Resources Manager, Town of Okotoks: corporate leadership team member; led people integration of an acquired utility team
• Director, HR Operations, an international energy company: supported organizational design and operating model work within enterprise transformation
• Fractional and interim HR leadership for a high-growth global company, a Canadian municipality and a non-profit community social services organization

Her experience spans defence, energy, financial services, technology, e-commerce, manufacturing, and the public and not-for-profit sectors.
